Start Repair Process

Call or email us once you know you want to go for it, here is how to start a repair process:

  • Click here on REQUEST A REPAIR / REQUEST A QUOTE
  • Fill out all fields (if you can’t find the serial or model number, then put in “not available”)
  • Pack your kite without the bag in the smallest box possible (Size does matter!!!)
  • Hand it to the carrier you chose (Drop off or pickup)

That’s it!

  • The rest is our process, fully documented, every step of the repair.
  • We will send you a link where you can follow the repair process at all times
  • Your preferred kite will be sent back to you ready to go in no time!

What our kite repair request form does:

It’s your kite repair and our work instruction ticket. When your kite arrives, we print out a scannable tag, with your and your kite’s information. It will stay with the kite at all times when it is in our hands and makes sure you will get Your Kite back.

It’s like the wristband of a hospital patient. We can see Owner, Phone, Address, Brand, Model, Year, Size and Color, the Reason for the Damage and a Drawing to help us locate the part that needs attention and repair. It helps us, if we need to get in touch with you and it makes sure that you will get YOUR repaired kite back.. 🙂

The more we know about the damage, the better we can work on your gear. Oh… and.. We check every gear that leaves our workshop for function. If we find anything that needs attention or repair, we will let you know of course.

So this form is crucial to be filled out and included in the box you send us..
